Meals
We will start our day with a delicious made-to-order breakfast in the main dining room area, with different main entrées cooked to order each day.
We will also provide a wide selection of locally sourced meals to include fresh baked goods, artisanal bread, salads, baked dishes, selection of meats, fish, pies, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages, water, tea, coffee, juice, snacks, among others.

"My experience during this spiritual retreat has been amazing! You can feel the peace and surrounding energy upon arrival and all the activities were just what I needed to relax and recharge. Emma guided us during the excursions, giving us time to take pictures and rest which was very much appreciated. Our Location
We will be in Sedona, Arizona - one of the most beautiful places on earth. A place that inspires, recharges, uplifts, and soothes.

It is approximately 2 hours from Phoenix Internal Airport (PHX) and 40 minutes from Flagstaff Airport (FLG) where you will find several rental car agencies for your convenience. Reservations required!
The Grand Canyon is approximately 2 hours from Sedona and can be toured prior to retreat or at the end of event.

Relax in a Luxury Resort and Spa in the heart of Sedona, nestled on a gorgeous hillside with panoramic views of Sedona’s world-famous red rocks. Experience artistically decorated luxury rooms with unique curated art & furnishings.

Shared--Premium Suncatcher Rock View 2 Queen Beds (With Shared Bath)
This cozy rock view suncatcher features 2 Queen beds, a balconette, patio, or courtyard terrace, 55" HDTV, walk-in shower, bathrobes, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.
Each suncatcher is shared between 2 guests for privacy and safety. Price is per person $TBD

What to Bring
Comfortable, casual clothes such as yoga pants, sweats, shorts, socks, flip flops, tennis/closed toe walking shoes, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, bathing suit (optional), and small backpack. Layers are good in case the weather turns chilly or you get cold. Please plan for outdoor activities and dress appropriately. Other required supplies will be provided.
